I have a question about the Jessica’s law, js it all snow? Or if it’s just a light fluff of like half an inch is that okay?

Fluff turns into a big blinding cloud when it blows off. And it can stick to the windshield of the car behind you. Clean it all off.

Anything. Fluff snow ice are all water that solidify with wind or dry night cold and turn into sheet grenades.

What if I throw a ratchet strap over the top of it?

now that's an idea I can get behind, and thus get covered in snow

I think you have to tug on the strap and say "that's not going anywhere" for it to count.

Okay thank you, I was told not fluffy snow won’t get me in trouble but I was suspicious that wasn’t true

Usually they won’t pull you over for something like a quarter inch, but you should still clean it off because they could get you in trouble if they wanted to. I had one friend leave some snow on (she’s really short and didn’t have any tools to wipe it off since she had to throw her old one away) and she didn’t get pulled over but she doesn’t make a habit of it. Another person I know legit got pulled over for like a half inch (he’s just a lazy asshole). Really depends.

I have a friend who is a NH statie and he shows no mercy when it comes to snow on the roof, he said that he has seen too many accidents related to it .
