Moose die from a variety of causes - tics, predation by bears and wolves, old age, standing in the middle of the road after dark. Just not clear to me why anyone would hunt a moose. It’s not as though there is a need to control their population. Moose hunting looks as challenging to me as shooting a dairy cow in a meadow. I agree with the person that wrote that global warming/cooling has probably been occurring long before smokestacks, auto exhaust, and farting cows, and it won’t be solved by all the green energy bullshit.

Moose hunting is very difficult. The brush you have to get yourself through is literally the exact opposite of an open meadow and you have to haul a half ton animal out of the woods if you are able to tag one.
Why even try to speculate on that?
