Residency in NH for an RV'er full timing on the road? Can i use a Mail Box Center for address?

I am contemplating moving back to texas (address only) from Maine since my parents are there and im hoping i could instead claim residency in NH using a mail box/package center as my address and mailing address. could this be used for obtaining a NH drivers license and vehicle registrations? I will spend majority of my time bombing around NH RV parks with occasional jaunts down in the L48 states.

***Per NH DMV after calling them, you need a utility bill, signed rent contract or mortgage paperwork to get a NH drivers license***

From the secretary of state:

You could certainly try to do it but you'd be committing several felonies in the process. Its up to you if you think going to prison is worth what I assume is some scheme to not pay taxes.

huh? not following. i am going to be in a MOTORHOME FULL TIME ON THE ROAD. i will have no address. but i need to have a mailing address. im moving AWAY from MAINE, meaning gone, never to return except maybe an occasional RV trip to Acadia. I will prob spend the majority of my time in RV parks in NH. My Parents are in Texas but id hate to have to transfer everything into Texas knowing ill be in NH the majority of time bombing around

SD and FL have relaxed regulations on residency and are frequently used by full-time RV'ers due to no income tax. They're the Cayman Islands of America

You have to sign an affidavit of residency when you get your license

ya looking at that affidavit theres no way to fill one out as an RV'er regardless of how much time i spend in NH

Yeah you’d have to either find a roommate that will let you use the address or move to NH temporarily b4 you take off in the RV.

A mailbox center is not a house or apartment.

ya ive read it, but somehow there are still plenty of ppl that said they are able to get some kind of notary signed "affidavit" allowing them to still get residency even using a PO box in NH

I’m pretty sure that to even get a P.O. Box, you have to prove residency in the town that you’re trying to get the box in

Negative - I had a PO box in a neighboring town until one opened in the location nearest me. You do need a verifiable physical address to get a PO box however:

You must present the IDs at a Post Office. One item must contain a photograph and one must be traceable to the bearer (prove your physical address). Both must be current. ■•■ U.S. Armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate employee identification card

Not sure if this is still done - in early 2000's I moved to Campton - first step of getting a license was filling out a notarized affidavit that the Town Council had to approve.
At another point I got a NH part time resident license - much easier.

Why would you ever do that, the registration tax is insane. Register in in Florida its a few hundred bucks and they're very lenient on residency. You will pay $10k+ to register an RV in NH.
