But the pay is horrible. They love hiring new grads cause they can pay them the bare minimum. I was so happy to get out of there and get a $10 pay raise at another area hospital.

Yes, I agree the pay is a bit lower. I think they upped their new grad rate to $28. When I left I was making $34 with 7 years experience.
