Fun fact: the chips in the hopper weren’t “fresh out of the cooker”. They cooked once a week and stored them in 50 gal barrels. And would dump them in the hopper behind that wall.

Hah no. Unfortunately the owner, Buddy Kroft of Salem passed away a few years ago. Recipe died with him. It was just peanut oil and salt tbh.

I remember in the early 90’s a family from Colorado took over ownership. I think it only lasted a couple more years after that.

The Kroft family was always the owners of Granite State Potato Chip Company. Same family from beginning to end.
