I agree. The woodsy places are expensive unless you can find a trailer.

I'm too lazy to look at a map right now, but I would say look beyond Milford, beyond concord... Nothing in the lower parts of the map unless you're successful or don't mind having a mortgage payment that will follow you until the afterlife.
