Sounds right.
Is it gas or oil?
I would kill for a $160/month heating bill. We have a big house, but when we first moved in, we kept the house at 60 an paid about $1700/month on oil. Luckily, we put a wood stove in and cut the cost down to pretty much nothing.

When you say "big house", how big are we talking? Because $1700/month on oil is crazy.

Seriously. There's a big house in my area that is really nice, it's probably about 4500 sq feet. It'd be an awesome place to live but then when I think about what they must be paying for electricity and heating, I remember why I chose a more modest place.

It's about 4k sf of heated area, two 18' walls made of glass, double height ceilings on a lake. It's bad. Our insulation was nonexistant at that point too.
