I’m from out of state and am here in NH on a travel contract. Unfortunately, I find myself needing therapy. I would prefer a female therapist. My immediate issue is anxiety. I’d also like someone to help me find the tools for better emotional modulation. I’ve tried BetterHelp and it really didn’t do much for me. Thank you. ❤️

I appreciate that (and have looked through it) but I’m more looking for people that have more direct experience with mental health providers in the area! It’s so hard to sift through a bunch of names when you don’t have any references point to these practitioners.

My therapist does telehealth! They’re based out of Shelton and Middlebury, but since moving, I’ve done strictly telehealth I love the whole practice. Been with them for about a year and a half now.
