Hi, first post here with a new account, figured I don't need my sus account posting this stuff. But I'm Big Lou from Big Lou and Cousin Vito Eat, and we've been doing food reviews for the last year and a half just about. We're finally delving into New Haven eateries on the channel and figured I would come here and shill for views and support and maybe suggestions! If you like the video, we would love a sub to the channel. If you don't, I love constructive criticism. But thanks for your time and we hope you like the content :)

Lol well we started doing just fast food reviews because we thought it would get the most engagement and interaction. Some of the videos have done ok, but we figured we should start branching away from some of the junk that is fast food. We will still probably review big releases and whatnot, but at least as of right now, the back catalog is all fast food

I can already see a grievous error in the photo - you're reviewing a pizza that's been in a take-out box!

I like the damp cardboard smell that goes with that. Probably because growing up in New Haven we mostly had Pepe’s and Ernie’s as takeout so the cardboard smell and the taste of Foxon Park grape soda have become Proustian.

I have the same nostalgia, but it gives the pizza a steam bath. This softens the crust and makes the cheese gooey. If you're going to do a pizza review, you might as well get it served properly. Seems like they had the whole restaurant to themselves.

Yes I agree w you about that. Two separate situations. I was just thinking yesterday about the difference between a frozen Zuppardi’s apizza heated up at home vs eating one at the restaurant. Not even the same animal.

Hahahaha, we tried to keep it in the box as little as possible. I'm almost positive that we got there just as they put the box on the rack so it couldn't have sat in the box for too long, and we were parked right outside the pickup door. We'll be going to Pepe's next week and they handed that pie to us right after they took it out of the oven, so it is only in the box from the pickup counter to the car. But I feel you on that. We'll venture out of the car for reviews soon enough but those disastrous vehicles we do the reviews in are almost as much a part of the show as Vito and I are
