You would have to leave early enough or late enough to avoid the school bus traffic in westville.

It should be early enough but being that New Haven has magnet schools and very little neighborhood schools, bus pickup times begin around that time. For example , kid could live in Westville but go to high school at any of the almost 10 high schools New Haven has.
