Olmo does not have many options for those on non standard diets. I've asked for vegan butter a few times and unless they've changed recently they just don't care to have a few easy alternatives. Also, in my opinion, they don't have a great work flow for busy weekend mornings. I've waited in line to get coffee and then had to wait behind people getting sandwiches to receive my coffee. A 20 minute wait to get coffee is crazy.

The last straw from me was when I walked in at a non-busy time and I was directed towards a self-check kiosk instead of just being able to just order normally. I had a migraine and did not have the energy to learn a whole POS system so I just left.

Their coffee also sucks really bad.

Second Claire’s - they have tons of gf options. Huge portions, the food is decent (1970’s fill ya belly vegetarian food as compared to the millennial macro bowls we’re used to) and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Blue State and Donut Crazy have gf options - but it’s more just gf bread they have on hand than anything spectacular. I wish Donut Crazy had gf donuts.. that would be a whole vibe.

Claire's or east rock coffee. Pistachio in westville has some gf sweets too and great coffee. Olmos does not have gluten free bagels and probably never will per their website.

Poppy's in east rock (its pretty new) has an amazing quinoa porridge. I've only been once, but everyone I was with really enjoyed it.
