Apparently there was some kind of violent altercation that shut them down from serving people walking in?

I'm not too surprised by the people I have seen there and how they behave...but does anyone know exactly what it was or why they thought no walk ins was a good idea?

Teenagers were fighting in the Shack. They had to kick everyone out. A lot of teenage issues starting this new school year. Doesn’t help that New Haven police and teachers are short staff.

My apartment building overlooks the plaza and they fight like clockwork every day at like noon/1pm, also between like 3 PM - 6 PM. All these kids are just super bored you can tell. Really inorganic fights. I think they get a rush running from the police (if they can be bothered) ngl.
