Idk how they do with American traditional but Black Hatchet has a really good reputation. I’ve got some friends with ink from them and it looks sick. They’re just very popular so you have to book a while in advance.

Black Hatchet is great! Can’t speak to traditional, per se, but a well run shop with good people.
