-Polls are open until 8PM today, and as long as you’re in line at 8 you will be allowed to cast your ballot

-If you’re eligible but not registered, you can register in-person if you bring photo ID and proof of residence with you (note: not sure where in New Haven to do this, probably at city hall w/the registrar of voters)

-If you have disabilities or are homeless, see this link for more details on accommodations: https://portal.ct.gov/SOTS/Election-Services/Voter-Information/Where-and-how-do-I-vote

-If you’re wondering who is on the ballot today in New Haven, we have mostly Federal (Senate and House) and state officials (Governor, Senate, assembly, and several other offices like Secretary of State and attorney general). Also there is a local probate judge race, and a referendum to allow early voting in the future

It would be better if the voter registration lookup was separate from the poll site location lookup. Where to vote shouldn't require knowing an individual voter's birthday, but if the individual wants to check if they are already registered to vote then they self-check. If you are canvassing door-to-door trying to get people to go out and vote, it's not anything personal to say "yeah, you're poll site is this school/library/etc"

Anybody know how the lines look? I'm gonna go over as soon as work is done, and I want to know how long a wait I should prep for. I'm in East Rock for context.
