Tried that too. They said there was nothing they can do and that I should call animal control. So that's when I left the message.

animal control really doesn't deal with this stuff. there is simply to much crazy shit that goes down for thier limited resources. There are dozens of recorded feral cat colines in the city and they won't neuter them.
