animal control really doesn't deal with this stuff. there is simply to much crazy shit that goes down for thier limited resources. There are dozens of recorded feral cat colines in the city and they won't neuter them.

This dog is clearly not being taken care of. The dog's poor hair is so outgrown that its hanging over and past its little eyes :'( probably having difficulty seeing like that, which makes the situation even more dangerous
