There's a pretty active fb group called something like "yale off-campus housing" (assuming you have or will have a yale email) that regularly posts people looking to room, sublease, or transfer leases to new tenants.

Lol the last time I legit used it was in college (also to find housing), which was a longer time ago than I like to think about!
