Hi! My fiancé and I will be in Hew Haven the next couple days and are looking for fun things to do downtown. We'll be staying right off Broadway. It looks like it'll be raining most of the time, so we're looking for indoor activities. So far I have Barcade, Elm City Games, and Grey Matter. We've already been to all the big pizza places, but other restaurant recommendations would be appreciated too. Thanks!

Cool store = StrangeWays (very close to your Barcade plan); also cheap delicious lunch at Tacos Los Gordos, on the same block. Browsing museum/gallery stuff = Father McGivney Ctr for Christmas displays; and Ely Center of Art but it seems only open Sunday this wk; and if NXTHVN is still having their exhibits.

East Rock Market for food, Escape New Haven for an Escape Room, Ikea for some aimless wondering (I know I'm in the minority on people that probably enjoy this), IT at Jordan's if you're into ropes courses/etc. (also another great place to aimlessly wonder), Barracuda for Happy Hour, Trevor Wallace at College Street Music Hall Friday Night and Andrew Callahan on Saturday Night for comedy, Trinity for World Cup Matches, and Walker Ice Rink.

If you want to do some drinking but also save some money, go to Blue Orchid for their late night happy hour from 10-12. They have a large selection and everyone is friendly.

Saturday night DJ Christie spins up some awesome music at Geronimo. Great south western US vibe.

Right around Yale walking in front of moving cars, whilst looking at your phone seems very popular, rain or shine!
