New Haven gets a ton of concerts for a city its size. Look at Manicpresents.com. Also Shubert, Toad’s Place, Cafe Nine, State House, and other small venues.

Came here to suggest all of these. Make friends with “New Haven”. There are so many small businesses and community things that are not yale at all

Also The Ballroom in Hamden gets a lot of great shows and isn't too far away.
