I don’t live in Edgewood, but I do live in a two-bedroom first floor of a three-family home with oil heat. It’s an old building. Our heat was ~$150 in November and ~$350 in December. I wouldn’t be surprised if it got up even higher in January and February if it cools down significantly. We usually keep it pretty cold, too—I don’t think we’ve ever turned it above 68.

I think this is about as accurate as you're going to get. So many variables to consider but these numbers sound on point to me!
