Wow! Yale New Haven Hospital is a top notch teaching hospital. As far as your description of the NHPD, well for those folks that are breaking the law, I wouldn’t know how they are treated. For us law abiding citizens, the police are present, courteous, and friendly. Your absurd claim that New Haven is the sixth most dangerous city in the country, I disagree. I’d like to know where you are getting that statistic from, I think this city is doing a better than fair job in dealing with the social issues of today. As far as Yale University is concerned. Yale is a integral part of the city. The number of people employed by both Yale and the Yale New Haven Hospital ( yes, they are two separate entities), make New Haven and many of the surrounding communities a solid place of employment to prosper and raise their families. I find it sad that a individual has grown to have such disdain for a small city and chooses to express such negativity in a social media platform. I kinda feel like even from the 70s on up this would apply to NH. I remember the NH cops all to well & they never fooled around.
