That was me in the other post, it indeed happened again after that comment, twice in the early morning as mentioned above. I don't have issues with roaches or noise from neighbors, though.

From what I understand the fire alarm is a continuous issue for all of the buildings. I've noticed a few times when I come or go from the complex that residents will be waiting out a building's alarm.

fair enough, was worth a shot! im at least glad i found out about this before signing a lease or letting them take more of our money, lol
