Lol, that's one of my concerns. A buddy of mine had to give up his gun license when he got his medical card.

What State? I have lived in CA & CT renewing both. As in I had my pot card when I renewed my gun license and I had my gun license when I renewed my pot card. While you may wind up on two agency lists, it would be a HIPPA violation to do anything with that medical list…like combine it with a gun permit list

I was under the assumption that to have a gun license, one needs to attest to not using any federally illegal substances. I would love to own a gun, but I'm a drop dead stoner lol

Oh yeah, that part about the attestation is true. But let’s interpret that. If I did cocaine 10 years ago how should I answer that question? Should I answer it with my intent?

So I just bought a gun and here is the question it asks. Are you an unlawful user!!!! Then qualifies by saying it’s still federally unlawful. So very confusing indeed
