I’m looking to get my ears pierced for the first time. I just want two standard piercings, one in each lobe, and maybe one in the cartilage on one of my ears. I have friends with piercing guns of course but I am looking for a place with experience, hygiene, and the right tools (I think there’s a distinction between punches and this type where they take out a core of tissue?). Does anyone have any good recommendations for piercing parlors in New Haven and price ranges?

Keys on Kites uses needles to pierce which is supposed to be a lot better than using a piercing gun. Its a tattoo and piercing place. The person there is pretty experienced and thorough with aftercare instructions

I don’t remember how much it cost but it wasn’t expensive and I think they’re cash only

Cash only, $50 when I got mine pierced back in July. Highly recommend them. Quick, safe, sanitary.

My wife has gotten 10 or so there all high quality. I’m a no tattoo guy and never had a piecing and finally this year for my 35th b day I got my ears pierced. They were so patient with my noob self, and very clean and professional

I got my lobes done at Rowan in Westport, it was a great experience and really hygienic.
