Anyone know who owns the former housing project lot? Or the adjacent lot north of Route 1? Is it the same owner?
I’m surprised to hear no movement at all on these lots with the demand for housing in New Haven.
These lots would also be prime for some mixed development that could include a large grocery store, or perhaps a Target, which downtown/the city needs.
