I’ve been using NJ Ezpass from about a year - now I’m thinking to switch to other state ezpass as NJ keeps on increasing the auto replenishment amount on my usage which I’m not okay with.

So can you guys please suggest me any other state ezpass which do not do auto replenishment? Where I’m allowed to add money to my wallet manually. Also I travel frequently to Wilmington DE from Jersey City.

Auto-replenish amount is pegged to usage so it's not worth seeking out the two most common "other" E-ZPass issuers for NJ drivers (Anyone who uses MTA Bridges and Tunnels frequently should get a NY tag, people who get antsy about a $1/mo fee should get Delaware). They will treat you the same way.

You use the turnpike a lot - I assume at least sometimes you use it during off-peak hours. My recommendation is to turn off auto-replenish and keep your NJ tag.

Auto-replenish goes up and down based on your usage. All of them do that no matter what state you have Ezpass with.

For example my fluctuates anywhere from $125 to about $300 throughout the year.

If you don't want fluctuation try to avoid roads with tolls.

I have a New York EZPass. There is a $1 monthly fee and no outstanding balance. Tolls are withdrawn from my checking account a day or two after they are incurred.

You can make the change to manually do it in your account. I did that when I first got it years ago, had to put an end to that nonsense real quick.

Call them and explain your increased usage was temporary and you would like to reduce the auto-replenishment.
