So its illegal to resell but cant recycle. Just another example of how stupid NJ is sometimes.

I have same problem with styrofoam. I need to wait for when the county opens their whatver recycling day to take it there. Meanwhile my garage looks like am hoarding the stuff.

I know it's 100% not an eco-friendly option, but styrofoam melts in Acetone if recycling isn't an option 😬

What county is Truly recycling styrofoam? Or are they repurposing it somehow?

NJ recycle website sends you here and from how I understood it they are repurposing. The stuff has to be squeaky clean and specific types. https://www.foampackindustries.com/eps-recycling
