Yup im in Rutherford and I’ve been using Phil for over 12 years. If he’s to busy use Goffle Automotive in Hawthorne, Sam is also great

I don’t but I’ve worked on plenty of them-I used Phil for specialized things that I don’t have at home.

I've had a great experience at M&R Auto Repair in Lodi - reasonable prices and they've taken on jobs that other places wouldn't even touch when I called around. I believe he specializes in German cars but considering those are always breaking down and complicated to work on, it means he's been great with our cars.

Jim Desbien's in East Rutherford is also worth calling. Nice guy and if he can't help you, he'll try to find someone who can. I haven't been to his shop though.

Stallion Auto Services in Little Ferry. Fady is the best mechanic I've ever been to, he took care of me and my wife's cars for years when we lived in the area and always remembered us by name. I even sold him an older car when I was getting ready to buy a new one. Honest, friendly, and does great work. His google reviews speak to all of this.

Edit: forgot to mention that my wife's car at the time was a Honda so he can definitely work on your car
