Going to Atlantic City for a conference and will be taking some clients out to dinner.

Can anyone give me some recommendations for a nice fine dining restaurant that is quiet or not too rowdy or loud where we can discuss business that also has delicious food?

I have never been to Jersey, so not sure what to expect! Also looking for a place to have a pork roll/hoagie since i know that jersey is known for these sandwiches, I'm a bit of a foodie :) or really any other recommendations, Im open to anything for the other meals ill be having.

I feel like the Knife and Fork Inn is the obvious answer, but still a damn good one.

Right in the middle of town, historic building and restaurant (operating since 1912), upscale menu and vibe— pretty much a bullseye for a business dinner that makes a statement.

Yes - Knife and Fork is a great location for a business dinner.

If you can get a reservation at Chef Vola’s, I like that place a lot.

All of these are solid recommendations. I’d do Knife and Fork for the history and wow factor.

I had a great experience at Carmine's in Tropicana.
