Saw this guy on Morris Ave before the election. Yeah there's plenty of Brazilians around here but who is he speaking to really? Can you vote from abroad in Brazil or is it more about giving the finger to anti-fascists in New Jersey?

You can vote from abroad yeah, in fact you're legally required to if you're near a consulate (in NJ's case, the NYC consulate)

You can and are sort of required to if you are abroad. You can get exemptions but it’s hard to justify when the Brazilian consulate is so close. There were a few public gatherings in NYC where voters kind of protested at each other. So I guess it’s for other brazilians
