I had to mail my application in since I didnt have a pin. I included the filled out form + a copy of the deed to my old house to prove I was the owner. Im in "application received" and I assume it will be in that state for awhile

Mine shows up as "processing" still but the text below now says

"You are eligible for a 2019 ANCHOR Benefit in the amount of $1,500.00. We completed processing your 2019 ANCHOR Benefit application and your benefit is in the final approval stages. Check back soon for your scheduled approval date."

Just got mine today.

Had to submit a paper application back in December because I jointly owned the house with my then-boyfriend in 2019 who's since passed, so they required a death certificate.

Just got mine today! My mom did too. We both rent so not sure of that makes a difference compared to homeowners.

I checked status online and looks like they have no record of it, yet I have a confirmation number...so odd. Anyone else in the same boat? Guess I'll call to follow up.

Does anyone come up as “We cannot provide information about your ANCHOR Benefit on this system” on their page?

I got mine yesterday, but curious is the credit per rental unit or per renter? E.g. if you had a roommate or two or three or more, does everyone qualify for the credit, or if I got one, will any roommates not get one? I can't find any info online on this, it just says renters qualify for $450 if their income is below $150,000.

I'm confused. I moved out of state in 2021 and yet I received the rebate today. I assumed that the rebate is for the previous year only, no?
