I love the area. Not as crowded or urban as up north but not a piney wasteland like down south.

I feel like there should be a separate designation for the region. Not north. Not south. Something different.

What are you unsure about? It’s so easy

I can fly it and then i can't get past a certain elevation like 100 ft, still working on getting past that hump

Check your settings. DJI has a tutorial mode that locks the aircraft to under 100ft.

You just need to crash it a few times to get into the groove

DJI drones won’t even let you take off if you’re in a restricted airspace.

The minis are also JUST under the legal weight to be registered with the FAA.

DJI FlySafe will let you fly in places that require FAA authorization. You need to check the FAA UAS facility map and if necessary get authorization from LAANC before flying. DJI FlySafe is a different set of restrictions that don't correlate to FAA airspace restrictions.

Just because a drone doesn't need to be registered does not mean it's not required to follow FAA regulations. All drones regardless of size need to follow FAA regulations when flying outside.

Why does this look like if Millville got sober and started applying themselves?

Nice quiet town. Unless the fire whistle was in your back yard.

How’s the Mini 2 hold up to the weather and winds around here? Been thinking about grabbing one but I’m closer to NYC airspace.

I flew it in hawaii on a really windy beach without problem.

Nice! Have you tried the follow mode on this one? I've been thinking about getting one to follow me and take footage on hikes and short drives in the Pine Barrens. I'd rather get a mini than the larger ones, if ActiveTrack works well.
