To replace a gas (steam) boiler with a like machine was $7000+.

I swapped out my steam boiler, water heater, and steam radiators with a condensing wall mounted Rinnai boiler and water heater (single combination unit) + new hot water radiators for about $20,000. Saved so much space in my basement OMG.
