Does anyone know why there is a big inflatable rat looking into the construction of the new sports centre in Redbank, just off the GSP?

Actually they have had one 25' tall rat blow-up with 3-4 union workers and another smaller one on Half Mile Road side with 2 union workers. I laugh thinking someone is paying 4-6 union workers to protest.
