This makes sense. As out of NJ it is self service and we arent expecting people to fill up our gas. 2% to 40% is a big difference. May I ask if you guys split the tips or do you keep it to yourself?

We go by a rule of whoever starts the car gets the tip, unless the customer says who it’s for or if it’s to split
