Does anyone else get the anti-Malinowski ads every single ad break on YouTube? I’ve seen about two ads by Malinowski, but endless amounts of the anti-Malinowski ad which him blowing money out of a leaf blower.

I don't use YouTube very much but I see lots of similar ads on TV. This seems to be Kean's strategy. He doesn't have any solutions, and is afraid to take a stand on any issue for fear of alienating either the normal Republicans or the MAGA crowd. His only recourse is to attack his opponent.

They have a place in the party as probably single issue voters who would rather vote for any Republican, no matter how shitty, than even a centrist Democrat if it means getting their way. Think the “lower taxes” crowd. They aren’t MAGA but they aren’t in danger of flipping either so they’re an easy win. I think the GOP would rather rile up their base than extend olive branches to moderates within their own party, knowing that the moderates are lifers as long as they stick to the Reagan-era playbook. They may not like Trump and his ilk but they aren’t afraid to vote for them when the time comes.

I guess I meant more the politicians. They can't get elected as Republicans anymore without being full MAGA (which inevitably means they'll just switch parties and the Democratic establishment will welcome them with open arms), but even those voters I think are starting to see the writing on the wall.

I see those commercials all the time on tv. So stupid, my five year old who has autism will stop what he’s doing and literally start saying his name over and over and over. I have yet to see one supporting him though.

Lol he keeps blasting Malinowski for helping pass a bill to help prisoners. I fully support helping rehabilitate prisoners.

Every ad is just “I want you to keep more of your money” like dude you are targeting the wrong audience, I am so poor I didn’t even subscribe to YouTube premium. What money would I be keeping 😂

I get them all the time on YT. As well as the Kean one’s saying how he’s going to work across the aisle 🙄 As others have stated, he has no actual platform to stand on.

Really annoying

I’d bet a lot of those “normal” Republicans have become a part of the “centrist” wing of the Democrat party. It’s because the whole Republican Party has shifted to the “far right”.🗳🇺🇸

Correct. Democrats think the only way to win is to get people like that to vote for them, hence why they silence the left, and that's how we end up with people like Gottheimer.

I get them every other ad break on Hulu. All other issues aside I'll be voting against Kean just to spite whoever came up with that ad.

The other line of attack in that ad would bother me in normal times (it was something about a hand-out to hotels? Idk some luxury industry, I tuned it out) but only an idiot would think democrats give favors for donors. Kean would do the same thing, he’d just also probably vote along party lines to infringe upon my rights so whatever.

I user ad block plus on my laptop. If ads start playing, I click the ABP logo at the top-right of my screen - it tells me to reload the page, and ads go away.

But I'm an old guy on a laptop. I don't know how or if ABP works on smartphones or tablets.

Yes all the Tom Kean adds. I’ve seen them. Nothing you can do about it.

I'm glad I just chose to try that Youtube Premium free trial. Definitely a nicer experience plus you get a music app. Political horseshit not included.

It’s constant on Hulu as well, really annoying but I take some comfort that they are wasting money on my eyeballs

The main way I watch Youtube is through a Firestick on tv. During the last election cycle there were nonstop unskippable ads from Citarelli's campaign: 'HEY, its Jack, did you see my ad yet?'

For browsers the blocking is easy with ublock origin or adblock plus, for these (firestick/android dongle) devices you need to use a 3rd party client if you want to avoid ads, SmartTubeNext is good, setup guides are here: https://smarttubenext.com/

I also use Newpipe on android, unfortunately there's no non-sketchy options for ios unless jailbroken. I guess you could open videos in https://piped.kavin.rocks for adfree (also supports playing in background).

"Did you know he voted to double the size of the IRS, and YOU could pay!"

... uhh wouldn't that help to get the tax evaders? I always laugh at that one as if they're directly warning people who misrepresent their income or something.
