I moved last year and neglected to update the address on my EZpass account. I had no idea they would be sending a new tag, which they just notified me of via email last month and said that my old tag is expiring. I’ve updated my address since then but it’s probably too late
I’ve been trying to get a tracking number from them to see if it’s been delivered but I can’t get anyone to pick up. I’ve called customer service three times and either been on hold for an hour or hung up on because they were too busy. I also started a service request claim on the website and have not gotten a response yet.
I stopped by my old house to let them know and give them my number in case it shows up. They claim they haven’t gotten anything but I think they got it already and threw it out. If that’s the case I have to report the new tag stolen and request a new one which I have to pay for. Both tags on my account are listed as active. The email also mentioned that the new tag would come with a sleeve to return the old one.
Any advice here?

I emailed them because I did the same exact thing. I had them send me two tags, in fact, and both went to an address I moved out of 12+ years ago. After that they kindly told me to fuck off, and that if I want a new tag they're charging me for it.
