What happened to the old tag? Both of the tags currently say they’re active. Won’t the old tag deactivate at some point?

Old tags never stopped working. I would like to add that I recieved an email last night that they would be deactivating the lost tags and sending replacements. I used the online "contact us" form and they responded in 3 days.
