I returned both my EZPass transponders 6 months ago (moved out of the country) and I noticed last month they still charged my credit card another $25 re-up. I guess they were still hitting me for $1/mo fee. I have the email from April confirming that they received my units. But I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. Emails to them bounced back. Do any of you guys have an email (or other method of contact) to reach someone at EZPass?

Log into your account and there is a section where you can send a message online. I did that last night and got automated response that it could take up to 10 days to hear back.
