I want to sit face to face ane discuss my website idea and hire someone to code it.

It is primarily an about me type of page with links ahd QR codes for payment options.

I already have the domain name and will be self hosting for now

Check out wix or squarespace.

No need to get anyone to “code” a simple website anymore… this isn’t 2002.

Back a decade or so, there was a Meetup.com group in which web designers discussed their issues, software, etc. It was a good place to meet people in the field. It met in Asbury Park or nearby.
