Schools will do everything humanly possible to bury their own negligence. Just remember when you’re talking with the school that their top priority is legally protecting themselves and their staff, not your child. I’m speaking from experience, I’ve seen administrators go to bat for the biggest piece of shit teachers knowing damn well they’re lying their asses off. I’ve seen parents complain about abusive teachers to principles, principles work their magic, and then when the student returns to class the teacher is even shittier to the student as revenge. It may sound insane but teachers can be some of the pettiest most unhinged people. Again, I’m speaking from personal experience.

If you want direct no bullshit action don’t even talk with anyone at the school, go directly “downtown”, whatever that means in your town, and file a complaint there.

Also get a wristband camera or necklace camera so your child can have video proof of the bullying. They look completely normal like an Iwatch or necklace but are recording HD video and sound

Sounds like OP has a student to student issue, not a teacher issue. As a teacher, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with teaching staff. Most of us love our students and strive to make a positive impact.
