  • The instructor said “you did okay, but could’ve done a bit better” and critiqued my speed control.
  • He smiled and said “congratulations.”
  • He directed me to the place where to get my license (the people said come back tomorrow morning.)
  • On my exam, everything is marked “A” except for “speed control” which was marked “I.”
  • He placed a metallic great seal of the state of NJ on my permit.

Sounds and looks to me as though I passed, but I would’ve preferred a verbatim “you pass” to context clues. I don’t do context clues.

Hey it’s me the MVC. We originally passed you but because of how dumb this question is, have revoked your license. Please do not drive.

ALSO STAY OUT OF THE LEFT LANE

I mean he didn't direct you to the place to retake the test. Like if it's bugging you that much, just ask the person next time.

Sounds like you passed, unless he’s playing a mean spirited joke on you…

Yes I would say you did. At least you had it better than me man just scolded me and gave me the paper. I dead on thought I failed, but luckily I passed.
