Would that not be full due to it only having 100 spots? I was just going to assume so

It's been full every time I've picked someone up at EWR, any time of day or night. People parked along the shoulders of the exits and such, too.

Weird, I've done lots of pickups and it's always been 50-60% full, probably because people still sit in the shoulders

I picked up my wife last Sunday @4 and it was bustling. Maybe 80% full. But people come and go in waves so there were always just enough spots

I've used it a few times, and for some reason I've never seen it even more than half full.
