Looking for a New Jersey Hat that looks like the Yankees Logo

Hello everyone. Recently, these hats have caught my eye. They look like a Yankees hat with the interlocking NY, but instead it is an interlocking NJ. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to buy one. I approach a stranger asking where he got his, but his confused answer was “my friend got it for me.” Can anyone point me in the right direction, I’ve looked really hard. NJ actually got sued by the Yankees and the MLB years ago, so they can't use that logo anymore. Source: I'm very good friends with the owners. They switched to the old H Street skateboards logo since then.

Everyone is trying to cover their asses now after that. I saw a sneaker consigment store on in Jersey City that was doing that logo and was super close to what NJ had. I forget their name, but from what I can gather they're asking a similar law suit.

Yeah I remember that and it’s ofc not the original logo anymore but the one I linked is about as close as they’re gonna get. I doubt there’s another NJ company reproducing the old Yankees style logo.

There's a few actually who still do it believe it or not. I'm surprised that the MLB hasn't picked up on it yet,

First thing I found was https://www.ecapcity.com/products/old-school-nj-snapback-hat-navy-white-green-bottom which is unavailable.

I also found https://www.artistshot.com/new-jersey-logo-embroidery-embroidered-hat-baseball-cap-p-344179?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxfqhiZLT-wIVlYXICh0XAwLzEAQYASABEgJ1BPD_BwE but the N looks a little weird imo.

I could use the same hat for someone else though so hopefully someone else knows more.

edit: Looks like this website has a couple different colors/styles, but the font looks a little more cartoonish https://www.hatsline.com/product/new-jersey-nj-new-era-snapback-cap-3179517

But I did use https://www.hatsline.com's design a cap and they have the normal looking logo on there. Dunno how much the custom cap costs but yeah, you might need to make a custom cap unless someone has other options.
