Inflation, eh. It’s not like the Port Authority needs to come up with an excuse to increase the the gravy train it already is. Imagine being fortunate enough to be politically connected to that corrupt cash cow to get employed there.

They need to pay for the new replacement to the metro card system that was supposed to last another 18 years and still isnt paid off itself .
