Snakes can eat stuff that's bigger than the. They haveva thing call3d the Jacobson's orgain that allows them to un hinge there jaw to make their mouth bigger

Yes. That is true, but not for this little guy. I don't think he can eat anything bigger than small bug. Maybe when he reaches full maturity.

He could most likely manage pinkies. They can usually eat anything roughly the same size as their largest diameter.
That said, he may be a lost or escaped pet.

They can unhinge their jaw because their jaws are not connected together. The Jacobsen's Organ is where they can "analyze" scent particles picked up by flicking their tongues.
