My car got minimal damage (I’m in a Suburban, she had a Ford Fusion) but the whiplash was pretty strong, (it jolted my lower back) my 1 toddler got a concussion.

This is serious. Concussion is no joke! And if the other driver fled the scene of accident, she may get in big trouble. Make sure you save all medical reports, etc.
