About 118k but I feel like it isn't much to be honest. Taxes reduce it quite a bit.

Preferably I would like not to share with a roommate if I can avoid it.

I mean, $118k a year is a lot, lol. If youโ€™re working in the city, visit some of the towns on the Morris-Essex line. Millburn, Summit, Chatham, Maddison. Decide which one you like then go looking for apartments. You should be able to find something in the $2500/month rage that are decent.
