I’d recommend investing in a time machine, real estate in NJ skyrocketed over the past 2 years, it’s not the greatest investment right now especially with high interest rates. Maybe if you’re paying cash you can make a decent investment.

Intersection of Turnpike, 130, and 33. People from Monmouth/Middlesex are moving to this well-connected hub area (that is still comparatively affordable).

As an investment, I would say in SJ outside of Philly just because prices are on the lower side but have jumped up dramatically in some towns. The towns in NNJ outside of NYC will probably continue to rise, but they are very high to begin with as you probably know.

There has been a lot of building and development around the towns I service in Gloucester County.
