There's a top notch Indian restaurant at a truck stop in Laramie. If you're anywhere near there, it's absolutely worth the trip.

They have a place in town now, Buffalo Indian. But coming from NJ I was used to every ethnicity of food available with multiple options. The Chinese food here is terrible.
